Shipping policy

Domestic deliveries: Estimated within 1–3 business days upon order fulfilment.

International deliveries: Estimated within 3–10 business days upon order fulfilment, depending on the destination country and courier service.

International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Shipping fees cover courier delivery from Singapore only. Import VAT, customs duty, taxes, and local handling fees are not included and may be charged to the customer upon arrival.

Any additional charges imposed by the destination country’s customs or courier will be the customer’s responsibility. Customs checks may also affect the final delivery timeline.
